David Glover

David joined Caremark in 2014, heading up the franchise recruitment team before taking on the role of Managing Director in 2018. Following the passing of Caremark’s founder Kevin Lewis, David was appointed Joint CEO alongside Finance Director Lisa Fyfe. David had ambitions to dramatically drive the business forwards whilst building on Caremark’s core values. Since becoming Joint CEO David has been intrinsic in developing the Caremark brand and bringing it into the 21st century. In both 2022 and 2023 David was recognised as one of the most influential leaders in home care being named in Home Care Insight’s Power List.
