Dr Frank Kronenberg is an activist occupational[disrupter] therapist, researcher and [invited] educator at universities in theAmericas, Europa and Africa. He is a co-founder of the movement OccupationalTherapists without Borders, which inspired a number of international ground-breaking publications which he co-edited and co-authored: Occupational Therapy without Borders-Learning from theSpirit of Survivors (2005); A Political Practice of Occupational Therapy(2008); Occupational Therapies without Borders – Volume 2: Towards an Ecology of Occupation-Based Practices (2011). Frank is also the chair of the board of directors of the Cape Town, South Africa based non-profit organization Grandmothers Against Poverty and Aids (GAPA). He has worked internationally in projects across the fields of education,healthcare and community empowerment, including Israel/Palestina, India,Pakistán, Estados Unidos, México y Guatemala.
