Simon qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1994 and worked within the NHS as an Occupational Therapist before then stepping into a role of a Moving & Handling Advisor, again within the NHS. Simon, joined Hillrom and worked as a Business Development Manager in the South West of England, supporting customers with the Liko portfolio of safe patient handling products, and then moved to the role of Clinical Advisor for Early Mobilisation, Falls Prevention & Pressure Area Care.
