Carpe Diem (Seize the Day) and that’s what Troy did when he chose to work in care over 12 years ago. His main purpose for this was to `make change` in people's lives. Troy has worked in many care settings, at many levels - Support Worker through to now Registered Manager and Managing Director of T2Z Care Services. His qualifications range from NVQ 2 through to Diploma 7 in Leadership in HSC. Leadership and values, motivation, and inspiration. Troy believes these ingredients form a successful recipe for bringing a positive culture and a unique quality of care to the table.
