I have been a commercial airline pilot for 25 years, and a Captain for the last 15 with a large Uk Airline. Within this airline I am a CRM (Human Factors) trainer and have been involved in developing internal and external courses for HF training. Latterly, I have also expanded this training through joining Trainetics, for whom I have been presenting HF courses for the last 2 years, chiefly to the medical field.
