Scarlett MacDonald qualified as a Nurse in Scotland, she has continued her further education and continuous learning throughout her career. Scarlett started her career in the acute services working in Burns, Theatre, Accident and Emergency and a Military trauma background. Moving from her NHS Career to the private sector in 2006, when she developed an advanced nurse practitioner role in Peri operative orthopedics, Scarlett found the care industry following working in business development where she could excel in her clinical role while utilizing her business qualifications. Scarlett has worked for Caring Homes since 2014, developing a passion for improvement, nursing care quality and working together for residents best outcomes. Making a difference each day is Scarlett's motivation and has a passion for ensuring the voice of nurses is heard in social care.
