Care Hires

Care Hires is a location-based app and cloud-based software solution that allows care providers to hire on demand healthcare staff more efficiently and cost effectively. Through Care Hires, care providers consolidate and manage their temporary agency staff with savings up to 30% for their care services.

With care homes missing a third of the staff they need and more than one in four having to close their doors to new admissions in a deepening labour crisis, Care Hires was founded by Care Provider, Nizam Bata, and Entrepreneur, Suleman Sacranie. With a goal to coordinate the supply/demand operational burden constraining effective supply chain and rota management.

Care Hires already works with national care providers, overseeing 150 care services across the UK with over 1,000 healthcare staff onboard the platform. To date, Care Hires has successfully fulfilled over half a million hours requested by Care Providers looking for qualified Healthcare staff in these times of need.

To further the company’s expansion, and its stellar reputation fulfilling 95% of all requests received, Care Hires has announced its additional funding from West Hill Capital to supercharge its efforts for nationwide support.

Later this year Care Hires will merge its Neutral Vendor style platform with an internal rota and HR tool to provide a holistic platform allowing care services to manage their entire roster of staff, in one simple to use platform. Including compliance and criteria measures for 100% accuracy and reporting, compliant with all CQC & Ofsted standards.
