Public perception of homecare - In Partnership with Home Care Association

Caremark believe that everyone should have the right to choose to remain living in their own home and be given the care and assistance to do so as safely and as securely as possible. There are however many misconceptions about working in care and with recruitment in the care sector more difficult than ever, what impact does the public perception of home care have on recruitment and retention? This session will not only explore what the public think about home care but also why they think that and what can we do to change those views for the better.
