Changing perceptions of those entering Adult Social Care, seeing a career path and web of opportunity is challenging with the misconceptions that surround our sector.

Positive exposure is paramount and can be achieved, exampled by pockets of positive pieces of work that are going on all over the UK.

To realise this vision the sector must work together to drive definite change to welcome new entrants utilising SMART RECRUITMENT methodology, working together to support those on a career pathway, sideways or upwards to remain within our sector to ensure positive outcomes for those using the services
