Anita Astle, Managing Director of Wren Hall Nursing Home, an independent family run care home in the East Midlands that is rated Outstanding by the CQC in all 5 areas inspected! We’re all keen to hear from those who have first-hand experience of achieving an Outstanding rating across all 5 areas, and Anita is no exception!

Mike Padgham, Managing Director at Saint Cecilia’s Care Group – with 35 years of experience in social care, and being at the helm of an award-winning care group in North Yorkshire, there isn’t much that Mike hasn’t seen! Mike is a passionate voice for the social care sector and we are delighted that he is giving his time to be on this panel and share some valuable tips from his extensive experience.
