Surely it’s new builds because everything is nice and new?! But there’s been some highly successful turnarounds of refurbished care homes too, with positive results for the residents, so to find out more, why don’t you join us on the Design, Build & Environments Stage for this fun debate where we have:

Andrew Winstanley of Connaught Care, and Melissa Magee of Carless & Adams both pro new-builds, with Jay Dodhia of Serene Care, and Martin Robb of Impact Healthcare Partners pro-refurbishments.

Rebecca Garnett-Buchma of Fulcrum Care will chair the discussion and will keep the opposing sides a safe distance from each other!
