Incidents, accidents and action: how co-production and lived experience inform Nourish’s innovative new technology

Incidents in care everyone, people supported, staff, families and providers. Yet too often they’re under-reported, stuck in silos, or buried in fragmented workflows. Reducing an opportunity for actualisation into a box ticking exercise.

 

Over the past year, Nourish has worked hand-in-hand with a range of providers, including Learning Disability and Mental Health, to design Nourish Safety. A new platform that makes it easy to log events in seconds, track actions, and ensure best practice pathways are followed. Nourish Safety integrates seemlessly with Nourish Better Care, so it’s features like configurable notifications, real-time dashboards and an event tracker, gives care and support teams visibility and confidence that incidents are managed, lessons are learned, and improvements are sustained.
