The power of three: designing care settings for service users, families, and care staff

When designing for a care environment, we primarily think of the residents and rightly so. But what about the staffing needs to be able to deliver good care? And what about the families of the residents who likely choose which care facility they live in? In this session we talk about how we can design holistically for the benefit of everyone.
