Care homes are often working with a mix of paper and separate systems, which can make coordination and data sharing difficult and staff gets tired with sharing the same information twice and thrice.

 

I’ll touch on common issues like staff adoption, training, and system integration, system feature correction issues, and give suggestions how they can best manage these issues with Microsoft tools like simplifying workflows, improving staff training approaches.
