Peter Kinsey, Chair of Iris Care Group, will be outlining the Digital Excellence Roadmap for working age adult services. This is an important new development for the sector which, for the first time, both defines what “good” looks like when it comes to the use of digital technology in a care provider and sets out a clear direction of travel for future developments. As well as looking at digital excellence within a care provider, it describes how digital technology can enhance the support provided to people in receipt of care and communication with their families, commissioners and regulators.
