Homecare's time has come. Demographics, public preference and government policy are all pointing in the same direction: the number of people over 85 will double in a generation, most people want to live well at home, and the 10-Year Health Plan's three shifts — hospital to community, treatment to prevention, analogue to digital - all depend on what homecare already does every day.

Yet homecare is too often treated as peripheral, asked to deliver relationship-based care inside a transactional model, while under pressure from workforce shortages, financial squeeze, regulatory change and digital risk.
