Nourish Care appoints new Chief Product Officer
Nourish Care has appointed Matthew Stewart as the new Chief Product Officer of their digital care management software that helps support 385,000 people drawing on care along with 235,000 carers.

Prior to landing the new role, Matthew was Chief Product Officer of Orgvue the design and workforce planning SaaS platform where his achievements included launching standardised solutions now used by more than 90% of customers.

Prior to joining Orgvue in 2021, Matthew worked for Experian Decision Analytics as SVP, Global Software Product Management, Portfolio & Commercial Strategy where he delivered a 5X increase in revenue for the PowerCurve Decisioning Suite over a five year period.

Nourish is building a movement that can drive significant positive impact in health and social care - much of what they are doing revolves around products that support care teams in providing care that is more human, more centred around what is important for each person who draws on care.

Nuno Almeida, founder of Nourish, says: “As Nourish continues growing, we are continuing to invest in our ability to develop and deliver products that drive improvements in health and social care. Matthew's experience spans decades of product management with a track record of developing best in class product teams. Matthew has a real passion for making a difference in health and social care, so it's a real privilege to welcome Matthew to the Nourish senior management team.”

Matthew hails from the USA where he obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University. He has also worked for DunnhumbyUSA in Cincinnati, Enesco Group, Inc, Sight Resource Corporation and Hasbro Corporation.

Matthew says:  “What attracted me to Nourish is their person-centred philosophy and approach to improving the lives of people who rely on care - the business alignment to that mission is what really sets them apart.  The flexibility, insights, and ease of use of Nourish products presents a fantastic opportunity for organisations to focus on delivering better care - rather than get distracted by technology - and build care plans that serve the unique needs and desires of their clients.”
