WASHCO'S LOVE LAUNDRY AWARDS RETURN FOR 2024

Now in their fourth year and with record nominations in 2023, the Love Laundry Awards are open for entries. Unsung laundry heroes can be nominated under one of the following categories:
- Best Care Home Group Award - This category is open to care home groups with more than eight homes. It allows them to showcase their commitment to best-in-class laundry processes.
- Love Laundry Hero Award - This award recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
- Love Laundry Care Home Award - For care home teams that have demonstrated outstanding teamwork in laundry management.
Commenting on the awards, WASHCO’s Marketing Director, Emily Stoten, said: “The Love Laundry Awards have been growing from strength to strength. It’s wonderful to see so many nominations and to honour the passionate individuals and teams who work diligently behind the scenes, ensuring that laundry processes run smoothly and contribute to the overall well-being and safety of residents. WASHCO is committed to supporting and recognising them through these Awards. We are looking forward to discovering the great stories and fantastic people making a difference every day.”
The winner of the Love Laundry Hero Award will receive £250 to spend on electrical goods for themselves, while the Love Laundry Care Home winner will get £500 to spend on electrical goods for their care home. The winner of the Best Care Home Group will win £500 to spend on electrical goods and receive press coverage, including a case study feature on the WASHCO website.
The winners of the three awards will be announced at the Care Show in Birmingham this October.
