Reflecting on a remarkable Care Show London 2025

Care Show London returned to ExCeL with a bang, and what an incredible couple of days we had. From the moment the doors opened, there was a tangible buzz in the air and the excitement continued.

With conference theatres packed out across both days, delegates flocked to join discussions tackling the most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities facing the care sector today. The conversations were honest, important, and inspiring, and exactly what we’d hoped for. With our incredible line-up of speakers and panellists (including a few celebrity faces, no less!) real raw insights were shared with an abundance of guidance and practical takeaways designed to support care providers in providing the best quality of care possible.

A huge shout-out goes to our partner theatres, whose contributions played a key role in the success of the conference programme. The Outstanding Society’s Learning Lounge was alive with conversation, knowledge-sharing, and a community atmosphere. With Care Providers’ Voice also offering a fantastic spread of masterclasses from an inspiring collection of speakers, the content continued to draw in standing-room-only crowds.

From practical tips to future-focused insights, the theatres were alive with questions, discussions and lots of note-taking – a real testament to the value they brought to the show floor.

It wasn’t just the conference sessions bringing the energy. The exhibition hall itself was humming with activity. Our exhibitors were fully engaged, not just showcasing new products and services but getting stuck into meaningful chats with attendees, exchanging ideas and insights with enthusiasm. There was a real sense of community, with lots of new connections being made. Delegates were treated to a host of stand activities, competitions, and generous giveaways, with plenty of exciting innovations on show across the exhibition floor. It was clear just how much creativity, passion, and commitment is poured into improving care and support across the UK.

We introduced some exciting new features this year, too. The brand-new Catering, Hydration & Nutrition Theatre was a standout hit. Think delicious aromas, talented chefs, and live cooking demos that kept people coming back for more. It added a whole new flavour to the experience!

Meanwhile, the VIP & Speaker Lounge oozed exuberance, providing a perfect space for relaxed networking and some great conversations. Over in the social media zone, the 360° camera was busy all day, capturing smiles, dancing, and that special sparkle of Care Show excitement, all of which lit up our feeds! With the steel drum band keeping the energy high and adding to the good vibes with their sunny sounds and calming rhythms, Care Show London was the place to be.

But beyond the music, fun, and freebies, Care Show London was a space for listening and learning. In a time of such change and uncertainty for the sector, our speakers and panellists offered practical guidance, thoughtful reflection, and a reassuring sense of direction.

These will no doubt be carried forward into ongoing discussions and future planning and we’re proud to have been able to provide a platform for such forward-thinking dialogue.

To everyone who joined us – thank you. Your passion, participation, and positivity made the show what it was. We’re already buzzing with ideas for what’s next, and we can’t wait to welcome you back again next year!

Until then – keep the conversation going and take care.

Kind regards,

The Care Show Team
