The Care Workers' Charity, exists to support the people who spend their days caring for others, offering grants, advocacy, and a lifeline when things get tough. This September, we've got two brilliant campaigns coming up, and we'd love you to be part of both.

Professional Care Workers' Week: 14 to 18 September

Now in its ninth year, Professional Care Workers' Week celebrates the skill, dedication, and professionalism of the adult social care workforce. This year's programme, co-produced with our Care Worker Advisory Board, brings frontline voices to the centre of the conversation.

Throughout the week, we're running a series of free virtual panels and webinars covering everything from career pathways and the Fair Pay Agreement, to workforce wellbeing, migrant workers' rights, and financial security in retirement. Sessions are open to everyone, whether you work in care, provide care, or simply want to learn more about the sector.

You can also get involved by attending a session, raising funds, or organising something in your own workplace or community to mark the week.

Wear It Orange: 21 to 25 September

Straight after PCWW, we're turning the UK orange. Wear It Orange is our fun, easy fundraising campaign that celebrates care workers by getting workplaces, schools, and communities dressing up, baking, and raising money together.

Whether it's an orange dress-up day, a bake sale, or a workplace quiz, every bit of orange helps raise vital funds to support care workers facing financial hardship.
