danfloor’s Jeremy Bowyer Joins Expert Panel at Care Show 2025
Birmingham, UK – 8th/9th October 2025 – danfloor is pleased to announce that Area Sales Manager, Jeremy Bowyer, will be taking part in a thought-provoking panel discussion at this year’s Care Show in Birmingham.
The session, titled “Outside of Dementia – Designing for Specialist Complex Needs”, will be held in the Design, Build and Environment Theatre at 13:10 on Wednesday 8th October.
Chaired by HomeSmiths Interior Designer Jacqui Smith, the discussion will bring together an expert panel including Diana Celella, Director of the Drawing Room Interiors, Joe Hurst, Altro Key Account Manager for Social Care, Andy Barnes, CEO of Godfrey Care, and our very own Jeremy Bowyer. Together, they will explore how thoughtful design can support people with a diverse range of complex needs, from sight and hearing loss to neurodivergent conditions, and how well-planned communal environments can foster independence, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
The panel will also highlight the importance of creating environments that feel safe and homely, while ensuring products and design solutions remain robust and practical for such settings. Attendees can expect unique perspectives from those with lived experience of complex needs alongside professionals at the forefront of healthcare design and product innovation.
Jeremy Bowyer commented:
“I’m delighted to be part of this important conversation at The Care Show. Designing for complex needs requires us to focus on person centre design, creating environments that not only work for the individual’s needs but also feel warm and homely rather than clinical. Ultimately it’s about creating supportive, safe and comfortable spaces that truly enhance people’s quality of life.”
The Care Show is the UK’s leading event for care professionals, attracting thousands of delegates from across the sector. This panel session promises to provide valuable insights for anyone involved in designing, building, or managing care environments.
