All workflows, care plans, route planning, visit plans and tasks are all managed via a dedicated Carer App. Each carer will have access to their daily visits and the app will manage the most efficient route for their daily work.
All onsite tasks are managed via the app and logged for historic visit histories.
Service Users and/or their next of kin, can have access to an app, which will display the details of their next visit, where they can also communicate with their next scheduled carer.
