Greater visibility. More targeted care.
When a resident is alone in their bedroom, care teams cannot always know what is happening between care interactions. Ally helps close that gap by monitoring sound and movement and alerting care teams directly when a resident may need support.
Rather than relying solely on scheduled checks, care teams can use these alerts to help prioritise where their attention is needed. This is particularly valuable overnight, when fewer care staff are available and teams are supporting residents with different needs across the home.
But an alert is only part of the picture. Ally also provides context about what has been happening in the resident’s room, helping care teams understand whether someone is moving, calling for help, unsettled or showing a change in their usual activity. They can then make a more informed decision about whether and how to respond.
Alerts and information are delivered directly through the Ally app, so care teams can access them wherever they are in the home. This means insight becomes part of day-to-day care, rather than information that is only available retrospectively.
For residents, this can mean fewer unnecessary interruptions and support when they need it. For care teams, it means greater visibility of what is happening between care interactions, helping them recognise potential needs earlier, prioritise their response and make more confident decisions in the moment.
