Families rate a home care provider on continuity. "I know who is coming" is the thing they notice, and it is the first thing that breaks when a service is short-staffed. So Nanum's freelance route is deliberately built as a fallback, not a marketplace.
Own team first. Nanum searches your own carers before anything else, matching on continuity, then proximity, then the skills and training the visit requires. Only when there is no internal option does a verified freelancer appear as a choice.
Verified before they appear. DBS, right to work, identity and reference checks are completed by Nanum before a freelancer is ever shown to a provider. You are not screening strangers at 7am.
One click, then embedded. The freelancer accepts in the Nanum carer app, sees the round and the care plan for the visits they are booked on, checks in and out at the door, and records the visit the same way your own carers do. Billing and payment run through Nanum.
A manager approves every assignment. Nanum recommends; you decide. Nothing is allocated automatically.
