October is getting closer, and preparations for the Care Show are properly under way.

The final rounds of testing are in good shape. We've spent the past few weeks putting 1two.one through genuinely difficult scenarios — the kind of nuanced, real-world supervision conversations that actually test whether an AI system understands what's being said, not just whether it can transcribe it. That work has already led to real improvements, and it continues right up until the show itself.

We've also had a steady stream of messages through the Care Show app from people looking ahead to October, asking questions, sharing their own experience of supervision, and in some cases telling us exactly the kind of thing that ends up shaping what we build next. Thank you to everyone who has reached out. It's genuinely useful, and it's a good reminder of why we're doing this in the first place.
