Less paperwork, more care: Advantage shows practical Microsoft Copilot use for care providers at Care Show Birmingham 2026

Registered managers and back-office teams in care spend a large share of their week on admin: writing up meeting notes, drafting policies and letters, preparing reports for boards and commissioners, and searching for information across emails and documents. Many providers already pay for Microsoft 365 but have not yet worked out how AI fits into their organisation, or how to adopt it responsibly with sensitive data in mind.
On stand F14, Advantage's team will advise on how everyday Copilot scenarios relevant to care, such as summarising meetings and actions, drafting documents and correspondence, and pulling together reports from existing information. They will also explain the groundwork that makes AI safe to use, including data access permissions, governance and staff training.
Advantage helps organisations get started through its Copilot in 30 programme, a structured 30-day approach that focuses on a small number of high-value use cases before expanding.
