Every assignment is recommended by the system and approved by a manager - Nanum never allocates a carer on its own.

At the stand, the team will demonstrate three things live rather than through slides.

Rebuilding a round after a same-day absence. Visitors are invited to describe a real staffing problem from their own service - the 7am sick call, the double-up that falls through, the round that has to be re-covered three times before nine - and see how Nanum reconstructs it, matching on continuity first, then proximity, then skills and training.

Capturing care records without the paperwork. Nanum's carer app is built for someone standing in a hallway with one hand free: structured task lists, tap-to-confirm, and voice notes transcribed into the client record. Initial assessments can be recorded as a conversation and transcribed rather than typed into a form.

Nanum Mode. An optional capability that lets consenting providers cover each other's urgent and ad-hoc visits. A provider's own team is always searched first. Carer identities remain private until a request is approved, client details are not revealed until the carer is confirmed, and a carer's home-provider pay rate is always protected.

Nanum also runs a verified freelance carer route, where DBS, right-to-work, identity and reference checks are completed before a freelancer appears as an option to a provider.
