New CRM connects CQC, Companies House and EPC records to care providers' own data

OroMiQ Stand: D41
Most care enquiries arrive by telephone, often on a Friday afternoon, and are recorded on paper, in a shared inbox, or in somebody's head. The ones that aren't returned quickly go elsewhere, and take the occupancy with them. OroMiQ is built to make sure that doesn't happen.
Enquiry handling is one of the least systematised parts of running a care service. Providers invest in care planning, rostering and compliance software, but the moment that decides occupancy, a family's first phone call, is often managed on a notepad.

OroMiQ is a CRM designed around that sequence rather than around generic sales language. Its pipeline runs capture, tour, sign, deliver and invoice, with contracts, e-signature and invoicing built in, so a single enquiry can be followed from first contact through to payment without leaving the system.

What sets it apart is the data underneath. Instead of asking providers to enter their own locations before the software becomes useful, OroMiQ draws on published UK datasets so that registered services, ratings and inspection history are present from the first login. Records are linked across sources, so a registered location can be associated with the company operating it and with other public records for the same organisation or premises.

OroMiQ is available from £19 per month with no onboarding fee and no consultancy required.

Visit stand D41 in Hall 3 and we'll bring your own registered services up on screen while you wait.
