Unique IQ has launched IQ:capture, the latest addition to its AI suite for home care providers. IQ:capture records care conversations as they happen, transcribes them and turns them into structured, professional records - removing the need to write everything up from memory hours later.
The tool works across desktop and mobile on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. After recording, care teams select the meeting type and IQ:capture produces a branded document ready to share, export or file. Preloaded templates cover initial needs assessments, care plan reviews, supervisions, safeguarding concern records, medication audits, incident reports, recruitment interviews and more.
Privacy is built in. Each recording can be saved to the cloud for team access or stored locally on the device for sensitive conversations such as safeguarding disclosures or mental capacity assessments. No third-party tools are involved - IQ:capture is built and maintained by Unique IQ.
