AI is already being used in adult social care. TESSA Tools provides ethical AI consultancy for providers that need clear rules, accountable oversight and accurate AI-assisted records. Our work covers current use, governance, acceptable-use policies, DPIAs, supplier questions and management oversight. Staff onboarding and structured learning are delivered separately through TESSA Training. The work is led by Nadia Hajat, an independent social worker and Professional Doctorate researcher examining AI literacy and accountability in practice. Visit stand IN03 to talk about the AI in your service.

TESSA Tools builds custom AI prompt packs for the records and workflows your team uses: case notes, assessments, care planning, chronologies, supervision and reports. Each pack is tested, system agnostic and structured through VERA:H to protect voice, evidence, reasoning and accountability. Delivery includes staff instructions, information boundaries, a verification checklist and a practical implementation session.

TESSA Training gives social care providers a structured, IQN-certified programme for staff and managers using AI. Seven modules provide 8.5 CPD hours, with knowledge checks, progress tracking and completion evidence. Staff learn what information can be entered, how outputs must be checked and when concerns must be escalated. Managers gain a clear record of learning, oversight and accountability.

TESSA Tools helps social care providers understand how AI is already being used, put clear rules around it and produce evidence of training, oversight and accountability. Our organisational AI reviews can include policies, DPIA support, supplier scrutiny, quality assurance and leadership briefings. Led by independent social worker and Professional Doctorate researcher Nadia Hajat. Visit stand IN03 to discuss your service and collect the free AI Governance Evidence Checklist.
