Adam Abrahami is the Founder and CEO of H2o Networks and has spent more than 26 years working with technology in the care sector. He previously led IT for Bondcare Group, supporting the organisation as it grew from around 10 to more than 60 care homes. Today, through H2o Networks, Adam works with care providers across the UK, helping multi-site organisations improve their connectivity, Wi-Fi, communications, cyber security and digital resilience. H2o has supported more than 100 care providers. Adam’s approach is simple: technology should make running a care organisation easier, not harder — allowing managers and care teams to spend less time dealing with IT problems and more time focused on residents, staff and delivering great care. . Through H2o Networks, Adam has worked with more than 100 care providers, supporting organisations including multi-site care home groups, nursing providers and specialist care operators with their technology, connectivity, cyber security and digital transformation. Adam has also contributed to industry discussions through organisations and events including The Care Show, Digital Social Care, the National Care Association and Skills for Care. His focus is practical: helping care organisations make technology more reliable, resilient and easier to manage, so managers and care teams can spend less time dealing with IT problems and more time focused on residents, staff and running their homes.
