Ajay Singh is the HR and Operations Manager at Discovery Care Group, where he oversees workforce management, employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance and the development of effective operational processes. He supports managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, leads workplace investigations and ensures that HR practices align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Ajay also contributes to service improvement, risk management and the safe, efficient delivery of care across the organisation. Before moving into HR and operational leadership, Ajay worked in executive protection, surveillance and counter-surveillance. His background also includes cybersecurity and NaCTSO-related security knowledge. This combination of people management, operational oversight and security experience enables him to approach complex situations with discretion, sound judgement and a strong awareness of risk, confidentiality and safeguarding.
