Stepping into executive leadership following roles as Interim CEO, Alexa oversees the charity’s strategic expansion, partnership initiatives, and operational delivery across England. Under her guidance, the organisation delivers transformative, nationwide programs such as Songs & Smiles—bringing young children, parents, and care home residents together through music—and Crafting Connections, a creative penpal exchange bridging generations. A passionate advocate for human-centered care, Alexa champions the measurable benefits of bringing different age groups together to boost wellbeing, reduce loneliness, and enrich local care settings. She works closely with care providers, local authorities, and sector partners to embed intergenerational practice into everyday community life, ensuring people of all ages feel valued, connected, and supported.
