Christopher began his career with Brandon Trust in July 2022 as a Support Worker, quickly progressing to a Team Leader role across a range of houses in Gloucestershire. During this time, he demonstrated a strong interest in innovation and quality improvement, leading to his involvement in the organisation’s Digital Champions group. This experience opened opportunities to explore technology in care settings, culminating in his selection to pilot the Care Technologist role. In March 2026, Christopher officially transitioned into this position, where he now supports the integration of digital solutions to enhance care & support delivery
