David is the owner and operator of the Peak15 group, a highly-regarded provider of services to adults with learning disabilities in the South East of England. David has been in this role for almost 25 years, during which time he has focused relentlessly on supporting people to live rich and progressive lives of real purpose. Peak15's focus on quality of care and support has been recognised by the CQC, which rates his supported living service as 'Outstanding' in every domain. David is also a Director of the Surrey Care Association, and the Chair of the Reinventing Social Care programme, a provider-led initiative promoting radical change in Social Care.
