Dawn Scott is Senior Colour Designer at Dulux, with over 20 years’ experience helping architects, designers and care providers harness the power of colour in the built environment. Specialising in inclusive and dementia-friendly design, she combines technical expertise with lived insight, having seen first-hand through her grandparents how dementia affects daily life. Dawn also draws on her experience as a parent of an autistic child, giving her a unique perspective on inclusive and sensory design. She regularly contributes to industry white papers, CPD training and roundtables on colour for wellbeing, neurodiversity and accessibility. At Dulux, Dawn leads on evidence-based colour strategies that improve safety, dignity and quality of life in healthcare, education and residential settings.
