Denis Repard is a former care-sector CEO and founder of DDR Consulting, where he helps providers face the wall every care operator eventually hits: how to scale sustainably without hollowing out the quality that defines them. Over more than 15 years in regulated, multi-site organisations, he led SweetTree Home Care, a consecutively CQC 'Outstanding' rated provider, to record revenues in its 23 year history, alongside the Laing Buisson 'Excellence in Homecare' award and multiple National Care Awards. He has run major transformation projects at every scale of the sector, from private-equity-backed care home groups such as Barchester Healthcare to lean home care operations on tight budgets and not-for-profit providers. Today his commercial diagnostics help care providers build businesses where quality care and commercial viability are the same thing.
