Derek Breingan

Derek has many years of UK multi banking experience and has focused on health & for social care for 17 years. Joining Clydesdale Bank in 2010 he was tasked with creating a sector proposition and bank appetite to support health and social care business and the third sector across the UK. Roll forward to 2023 and Derek runs a team of 23 colleagues dedicated to the sector which is now the second largest segment within the business bank, now known as Virgin Money, at over £1.2bn. Derek is an Ambassador for Championing Social Care.
