She specialises in creating inclusive, imaginative activities that support connection, wellbeing, and joy – especially for people living with dementia. As the creator of Bring A Smile, Eirlys provides practical resources, training, and creative ideas that empower care teams to make every day more engaging. She also works as a freelance care home entertainer and singer, bringing music, laughter and comfort directly to residents through her uplifting performances. Her work is grounded in real-life care experience, a deep understanding of dementia, and a heartfelt belief that small, thoughtful moments can make a big difference.
