Emma Jane has over 15 years of programme / project management experience and has worked in HC-one for 5 years. EJ created and developed the HC-one workforce management team as well as establishing their Flex Force (internal agency). Over the past 2.5 years, EJ has implemented Deputy across HC-one’s 328 homes, with 21,000 colleagues utilising its benefits. The implementation took place during the pandemic which lead to new challenges which were overcome to ensure a successful implementation. Emma Jane is a keen runner and recently completed her 6th Great North run, having completed her first run in 1986.
