Emma advises private, public and third-sector organisations on commercial contracts, business opportunities and corporate reorganisations. She frequently provides contract reviews for health and social care providers, reports on regulatory compliance and carries out legal due diligence on large-scale restructures. Emma has been heavily engaged with both providers and the Competition and Markets Authority throughout its market study and publication of its guidance “Care homes: consumer law advice for providers”. With experience in consumer law and advising vulnerable customers, Emma is able to support providers with applying the guidance to a range of different social care models
