Gem is a registered adult nurse currently working as a Registration Manager for the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Her career in healthcare has spanned over 15 years undertaking roles in the NHS, private healthcare, and as a registered manager. Gem has completed a Level 7 course in aesthetic practice and is currently undertaking an MBA in Senior Leadership (Health and Care). Gem is proud to fly the flag for Registration and is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality services and driving continuous improvement.
