Gladys is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Bournemouth University. She is one of the National Dementia Research Fellows as part of the DEM-COMM programme (NIHR ARC Wessex). She is committed to promoting optimum food and nutritional care provision for older adults with dementia. Gladys’ expertise brings participation and involvement approaches to drive change and improvements in practice. She is the Post-Doctoral researcher leading the TOMATO project.
