With a sales and marketing background with one of the worlds biggest Brewers and sixteen years working in the Civil Service leading transformation programmes across health and education during the formative years of Government Digital Service, Harvey Neve is now Director for Digital, Data and Technology at HC-One, the UK’s largest care home operator. Harvey will be sharing his vision and insight from the journey so far leading the transformation of a traditional IT team into a modern DDaT function; upgrading homes infrastructure, using data to drive insight, leading the application of human centred design and upskilling a workforce of 20,000 people with new digital skills and capability with the sole purpose of enabling the residents in their care to lead their very best lives.
