A highly respected leader, Heather Wehrle joined Right at Home (RaH) in 2016 and has been instrumental in propelling the business to where it is today, launching some of its biggest initiatives. Now as Director of People and Brand, she is responsible for network performance (financial and operational), workforce development and brand elevation, developing forward-thinking strategies to assist the network’s 80+ offices in areas that are critical to Client and CareGiver acquisition and retention. Such strategies have been fundamental to not only increasing our revenue but securing prestigious awards and positioning Right at Home as a thought leader in the sector.
