Dr Jade Okene, MD, FIoL, FRSA, MIHSCM, is Operations Director of a family-owned adult social care organisation, providing strategic leadership across a workforce of more than 200 employees and overseeing a portfolio exceeding £5 million. She leads operational performance, organisational growth, and business transformation, with a focus on long-term sustainability and governance. Jade is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate at Henley Business School and is a participant in the Family Business Community's Next Gen Leadership 2026 Programme. She was recognised as a Care Show 30 Under 30 recipient for her leadership and contribution to the adult social care sector.
