James Gant is an experienced Care Home Development Director working for Cinnamon Care Collection. With over twenty years of working within the care industry, James has worked on numerous healthcare related building projects, such as working within an NHS Acute Trust, Low Secure Mental Health Hospitals, care homes and learning difficulties units. James holds an Honours Degree in Engineering and is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional care facilities for the residents.
