As Chief Transformation Officer at Exemplar Health Care, James is reshaping the way they deliver care through innovation and technology. James' background is in project, programme and change management. With over 15 years of senior experience in the healthcare sector, James has held key roles at Saga, The AA and Allied Health Care. He also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Nottingham. Since joining Exemplar Health Care, James and his team has introduced systems that enhance care delivery, including digital solutions for care planning, electronic rostering, health and safety auditing, incident reporting, medication management, quality auditing and time tracking - with much more exciting transformation in the pipeline. These fully integrated, paperless tools streamline complex processes, improving both efficiency and the quality of care.
