Jenny is a highly experienced global People and Change Director with over 25 years of expertise in the people and culture space. Having worked across a range of industries, she is particularly passionate about reaching unconnected workers in a fast-evolving world of work. As Chief People Officer at Personal Group she prides herself on creating a performance-focused and inclusive culture that enables individuals, teams and the business to succeed in delivering with purpose. She is a driver for evidencing the impact of culture change people interventions at every stage, delivering meaningful and sustainable change. Her commitment to excellence has earned her a prestigious Consultancy of the Year CIPD Award in 2022 as well as the opportunity to be a CIPD judge in the Wellbeing SME category in 2023, as well as a panellist and speaker across a range of events and conferences including with on behalf of the Institute of Directors and the Construction Leaders Summit. Jenny is committed to supporting businesses on key elements of their people strategy, including how to communicate and connect with deskless workers. Many organisations continue to operate a 2-tier workforce where those who are desk based (no longer office based in this new hybrid world) often having a significantly enhanced experience to those in non-desk based roles, especially when it comes to communication and engagement with their employer.
