Having led award-winning brand agency Pollitt & Partners for 12 years, Jonty launched Boomer & Beyond in 2017 - a full-service research and brand agency dedicated to the burgeoning 55+ audience. Its mission is to challenge the pre-conceptions of ‘older’ by talking regularly and openly to its audience then feed its insights directly into the creative process. Its audience-led approach connects more effectively with consumers, driving greater ROI for its clients and relevance, empathy and stimulation for their customers. He has worked extensively in the later living sector, delivering both consumer research and branding services, for clients including; Riverstone Living, Amicala, Birchgrove Retirement Living, Retirement Villages and Churchill and recently helped launch Opus Complete Later Living.
